MMS command prompt questions?

hi, i have some question about running command prompt when the mms is created (sorry i cant put links --> xttp://www.pspmod.com/forums/psp-hardware-guides/28839-easy-use-pandoras-battery-guide.html)

--------------steps----------------
1)-type the following command "mspformat\mspformat.exe X" -->Drive succesfully formatted, and partition moved.

2)-type the following command "msinst\msinst.exe X msinst\msipl.bin" -->The last line should say " Write MS BOOT CODE "

-about 1) i read you can run "format x: /fs:fat" instead "mspformat\mspformat.exe X" what's is the difference?
-about 2) what "msinst.exe" do?

-also i read its better to format the MS into the psp, if i format in the psp
i dont need 1) or i have to do it anyway?

-i'm planning to create the MMS in a card reader is this possible?, i thinks this
because my psp have OF and i don't have other psp with CF where create the MMS?

Well thanks again... i read about flash0, flash1, etc someone can introduce me to this topic...i think when a dump i dump only flash0?

You can just format the mem stick in with your computer.

thanks, i also download PSP Pandora Deluxe v1.2 but i'm not sure, i'm worry about to dump the nand, PSP Grader v006 - Lite has this option to.
