    Hi

My ex has kindly lent me her PSP.

It was an original 1.5 Japanese phat unit but somehow was 'upgraded' to version 2.6!

It looks like all the files, folders etc are still on the memory stick but the ISO's can't been seen from the memory card folder so I guess the upgrade to 2.6 removed that ability straight away.

So, what is the easiest way please to take it back to 1.5 to allow us/her to play the ISO's again.

As stated: It's a 2.6 version, phat, I've Vista and no Pandora battery. However, my son is currently over with his PSP which has the latest Dark Alex version installed.

    Many thanks.

    well you have two options.

use your sons psp to create a psp, you said it does have custom firmware from dark_alex installed.

or upgrade to 2.71 and use the 2.71 downgrader, it'll bring you to 1.50.

Many thanks for your prompt response.

Can you give me links please to upgrade to 2.71 and then back to 1.5.

I assume that going back to 1.5 is preferable to upgrading to the lastest cfw? If not, how do I use my sons PSP to change to cfw?

Again, we don't have a pandora battery.

    Many thanks.
