wat do u mean????
custom firmware acts the same as official firmware, except u can play isos and homebrew and other stuff like that on it....
you dont have to be plugged into anything to use custom firmware, it stays on the psp....
please tell me if u were talking about something else, your post was somewhat confusing
Hey sorry, I am not too experienced but I have a Slim and the CFW first started out from:
3.71 M33-2 > 3.90 > 1.50
I did this because I thought the only way for me to use emulators and keep the portability of my slim was to revert back to 1.50 so my pandora battery would act as a normal battery and I wouldnt have to be plugged in anymore.
At the end of the "Easy Method of Time Machine! " It told me "You'll notice 2 things, the Memory LED will blink crazily and that you can now boot and use your Pandora Battery as a normal one!" I was under the impression that this was the only version that you could do this on.

Normal Battery will work as normal, if u flashed ur pandora use Cory's OSPBT 0.6 to flash it back.
If stuck on a Pandora's battery then installing the time machine ipl to the MMS will boot normal from.
