I currently have a psp fat running 5.0 m33-3 and i am thinking about getting a psp slim 2000. I am guessing that i would need to get a pandora battery but i was wondering if the slim can run the 1.50 kernel?

since you have a phat psp with cfw you can softmod your battery to pandora and then turn in back to normal....as for the 1.50 kernel..slim psp doesn't need it.
But with Timemachine or Eloader the Slim CAN emulate 1.50.
how do i softmod a battery?
Also does the psp slim have the motherboard that cant be hacked yet?
How do i find out what type of MB it has?
Last thing. Dont i need the 1.50 kernel to play homebrew emu's like Nintendo? I have to use that on my phat to play them.

I have an app on my psp that I use to softmod the battery back and forth. Cant remember the name of it, its just a small utility. Do a search, or someone else likely knows.
You don't need 1.50 for anything relevant anymore. All the good stuff has be re-written for 3.xx.
i was able to softmod the phat battery and get the slim hacked. Worked great and i am loving the slim more and the phat is now on ebay. Thanks
