its a different shell (something like a completely different xmb) for the psp..
irshell can also do a shitload of things.. does normal things you would do on just normal psp "shell" and more.. you can customize it to fit your needs.. set shortcuts to your favorite homebrew.. multitask (as in switch from a psp game/homebrew to the irshell main menu).. play music while playing psp games without the plugin thing.. has an alarm clock.. can password protect your psp.. everything man.. pretty cool.. try it out
sad thing is.. it only works on 3.80m33 now.. they stopped upgrading it =[
