If your on 4.01 M33 then Original from flash option is 4.01 Pops.Have you tried using 3.71 Pops?

11-17-2008, 06:57 AM I bet you all have seen this question a thousand times, but I am runnin 4.01 M33-2. I cannot play ff7 however, i got the game on the memory card and everything, and i hold R button when I select the game. But when the pops list shows up, I select one and PSP freezes and I have to turn off PSP and turn it back on. Also I only see pops for 3.00 thru 3.72. Shouldn't I have a pops for 4.01? I dunno....
