I apologize if I am in the wrong thread.

I have followed the guide to Pandora my battery, and turn my Sandisk 4gb stick into a magic stick. But when I turn on my psp (PSP slim) it just runs back as normal. And when I go to the update it tells me that I'm already at 5.02 and there is no need for an update.

    What did I do wrong.

    (Total no0b here)

Hmm, when you put in a Pandora battery, it should auto boot. Do you remember what firmware your psp came with by any chance (in my experience, any psp with a starting firmware of 4.0 or above is unhackable.)

Well, that could be the problem. I'm not to sure as to what firmware I had started with since I pretty much updated the moment I got it out of the box. I'll assume that you pegged it dead on.

I'm just hoping that 4.0 or above is only unhackable as of YET.

    Thanks.
