Upgrading problem

Sorry i'm newbie in upgrading PSP:

I have my PHAT PSP cfw 3.52 m33 so I want to update it to the version I want. but the problem is when I download updater like 3.52 m33-4 and when i click it in my PSP memory stick it will load but nothing happens only black screen will appear and it will turn off. my another problem is when i DL ofw like 3.71 and click it in my PSP memory stick i says " The Game could not be started (DADADADA)" it piss me of.

this is the folder where I save the updater

PSP -> GAME -> UPDATE -> "EBOOT.PBP" i think it is right.

So please somebody help me. i really want to update me PSP.

copy the recovery folder in the rar file to psp>game
Target firmware:5.00 If target is set to 5.00 its fine.If not set to 5.00
Select Install m33 cfw [Its the second option]
when asked to reset the setting accept it.
Will take you directly to 5.00m33-4

Hey! I got a warning when i select Install m33 cfw

" WARNING: Error assigning flash1! (0x80020326) "

But it continue installing the firmware.

Is it OK?
