what color is the slim, and yes the IPL is the prob, specifically the encryption

Hey, ive looked around the forums a piece and am pretty confident/gutted that I have a PSP-2003 running 4.05 OFW, with a datecode under the battery which reads 8C. Apparently the datecode confirms that it is running a mobo that can't atm be hacked (source: pspmodDOTCOM/forums/psp-misc-guides/46245-how-determine-whether-not-your-psp-hackable.html)
can anyone confirm this for sure?
If so, is anyone currently working on a hack for the more secure IPL on these 2xxx PSP's, which im lead to believe is the reason we can't hack these PSP's atm?
Apologies if this has been asked elsewhere, the search forum function atm wont work for me because the security image thing won't load, so i've only seen what i've hunted for.

It's black on either face, silver through the middle i.e. where the R and L triggers are
okay well you might have the unhackable mobo, so you should follow zarz123's guide

If thats the guide i linked to in my initial post then i have done, so i guess im screwed until someone cracks the ipl.
that said i should hopefuly have a psp1000 sometime this week!
