Is it possible to hack one without a pandoras battery? I cant find a good guide to hack my new slim because I have been gone awhile and I need to hack it soon.

you can hack a psp with a hackable mobo without pandora once it has firmware 5.03 or less because chickhen allows for homebrew so you could then just use recovery flasher to flash cfw, there is a guide for it
    Red Slim ofw 3.93 > ofw 5.02 > cfw 3.80m33-5 > cfw 5.00m33-4 > cfw 5.00m33-6

so all I need to do is install chickhen and then flash CFW and I can run ISOs?

Ok if I cant do the thing above, I have a problem. I have a magic memory stick and pandoras battery on my slim and then I tried putting in the battery with the mms and it didnt work when I pressed X (all I got was a green power light). Then, I tried holding L through the whole process and that didnt work either. Then I thought, maybe the power wasnt at 78% or greater, so I charged it. I come back 5 minutes later and there is a green power light on, so I press X and it didnt work, so I took the battery out. Now, the pandoras battery wont charge nor turn on!!! Im screwed! How do I get out of this???
