how to update 5.00m33 to 5.00m33-6

i have recently installed the chickHEN thing and now have version 5.00m33 and downloaded the 5.00m33-6 thing but when i try to install the 5.00m33-6 it says "you have a later version theres no need to update" i am just woundering how can i update to 5.00m33-6(if possible)

as a side note i should probly mention i have a ta-088v3 motherboard

try downloading the M33 updates and installing them in order.

Hmm well Skud Bio ive tryed updating the 5.00m33 to 5.00m33-2,-3,-4,-5,and-6m33 but it all says i have a later version

ta 88v3 has the right ipl for cfw? i guess only the 3k has that problem

lol well youd think that i already have it but i check and it says 5.00m33.
and ta-088v3 in case your curios xavis you can only have cfw if you use the cfw enabler not sure about 3000 yet though but so you guys have any ideas i just tried 5.00m33-3 also still same problem.
Would i be able to use timemachine or will it brick it you know to downgrade and use 4.01m33 instead( i dont have pandora) im open to suggestions i mean im really only trying to do this because my ps1 eboots dont open the game correctly like it just crashes the system

To tell ya the truth I have no idea why it wont let you update, on a FATTY nonetheless hmm.....

well do you know if i can downgrade it cause i heard that the recovery file thing will brick my psp and if i cant upgrade then maybe just downgrade you know(without pandora battery it is posssible ive seen it)

personally I think that somewhere you just botched the 5.00M33 update (no worries) and yes you can downgrade, just make sure that you have the right downgrader for your version and the board that your psp has.

looks like your s.o.l. you may be on the only one you can use

the ta 88v3 isent downgradeable, or so i hear

ahh i see so you guys think id be better of with a ps1 emulator or to wait for 5.03m33 to come out or something because like i said i only needed this because my eboots start up but then crash the system adn im only trying to play those (eboots are "spyro riptos rage","nightmare creatures 1") or should i just try finding cso's as they work just fine

unndead try recovery flasher v1.6 that should fix any problems

its cool guys i found the problem (with the eboots anyhow) i downloaded posloader and choose 4.01 load up when i went on the eboot and its working now thanks for your help/suggestions guys.
