Madden PSPs can be hacked as far as I know. You know how, right?

I got a Used Blue Madden PSP 2001 series with firmware version 5.50
I want to hack it - ive tryed it but it dont work
Im wondering if its the Firmware or if its a TA-88v3 motherboard
so plz try and reply as fast as you can..thanks

its a Readme.txt
I copy the link in that txt and paste it in the address bar and i download the thing from filefactory then after it finishes it takes me back to filefactory
