Updating 5.00 m33-4 to 5.00 m33-6?

Hey, sorry, I'm sure there are a million threads about this already but I can't search forums (my com doesn't want to load the image verification).

Thanks to some awesome help from Goshin2568 I now have cfw 5.00 m33-4 but the very last step is just moving to -6 (it seems like it plays more ps1 games). There are a lot of installation guides on youtube but most tell you to install ofw 5.0 (which I've already done to get m33-4) and I don't want to screw it up. What should I do to go from -4 to -6? Can I follow any guide without worrying about messing up what I've already done?

And finally I used this guide:

to get 5.00 m33-4 on my psp and I was also wondering what to do with the files (the recovery flasher, PSPident, etc.) Can I delete all or most of it? Mostly I'm worried someone will try to look at photos and start the whole ChickHEN thing going by accident (I don't know if that would hurt anything or not). Once I have cfw can I get rid of all the files I moved over (the PSP folder and the h.bin file) or is there certain things I need to keep?
