PSP 1000 v.5.04

I recently bought a original game cos i couldn't find the "pirated" version of it... the only pirated version i had was giving me a lot of problems in the game and many said that it's the beta version.

When i inserted the UMD into my modified PSP, there was a prompt to upgrade the firmware/software (not too sure which) to version 5.02 before i could play the game. i stupidly did so and now i can't play all my other games on my memory stick.... any advice? i need a dummy's guide on how to do so... i read through some threads and am drowned by all the technical terms..

really appreciate if anyone could help me with this!

ur only solution is a pandora battery + magic memory stick
there are several helpful guides located on the forums
just search and i guarantee u will find one

oh i checked my psp again. its suppose to be version 5.02. do i also have to get the pandora battery and magic memory stick to make it work?

and to do this u must upgrade to 5.03 ofw
note: its not the latest so watever u do dont use network update via the psp

ya i was lik there is no such thing as 5.04 ofw but i idk i was too lazy and went along with whatever u said
