Ok CFW has EVERYTHING that OFW has, no exceptions.

And it has the ability to play "backed-up" games, run homebrew, and play PS1(PSX) games

as well as what was said above, it allows the PSP to be customized in many ways. as the XMB (main loader) looks the same in both, but allows you to get CXMB (Custom XMB) which allows you to have themes of epic win.

"Backed Up" Games, refers to playing downloaded or backed up UMD disk's. It allows you to run PS1 Games on your psp, it allows you to have emulators, so you can run GBA, GB, GBC, NES, SNES, n64, and more, games, right from your psp.

you can iRShell as a alternitive to the XMB, or just as a app, which allows you to listen to YOUR music while playing games. or if you have a fat psp, you can also use IRShell as a remote. Thats right, your psp, as a remote control.

Im sure theres more than whats listed here, but yeah.

LOL... funny guy, anyways why would you want to stay on OFW? so much restrictions, and with CFW you can increase CPU speed.
