Hello all, I am really new to this and I am having a problem with my psp. It was given to me by a friend and worked fine but I recently ran into a problem. I tried to search for similar problems on the forums but was unable to. When I turn my psp on, everything will work fine for about a minute. After that, I cant do anything at all. None of the buttons work. I cant move anything at all. My psp wont respond at all. Any help would be appreciated.

It has 5.00 M33-6. I have tried restarting in in all the above ways and still nothing. So it seems that Hellcat's Recovery Flasher is going to be the way to do it?

I tried that but when hellcats recovery comes on, none of my buttons will work. They work when the recovery menu is on but not at all when the recovery menu comes up. I dont understand whats going on with it.

    If nothing else:
Take out you Pandora Battery and do the following:

Create a new Magic Memory Stick via this guide:
    http://www.pspmod.com/forums/firmwar...will-work.html

Put in your MMS and then you batter and reflash your firmware to either OFW or CFW. Which ever you want to go with for now.

See if that solves your problem.

or someone could of poured water in it... (well more like condensation) or when cleaning excess got in it and fried the homebar

And since didn't give a psp version i can't give link to new one but rule out all other problems before opening

    Red Slim ofw 3.93 > ofw 5.02 > cfw 3.80m33-5 > cfw 5.00m33-4 > cfw 5.00m33-6
