Point 1 - There is no version 5.3 firmware. Do you mean 5.03?
Point 2 - 1.5 will not run on the PSP 3000
Point 3 - 1.5 is not the only firmware that supports ISOs. All CFW's do now.
Point 4 - Yes if you've got 5.03 firmware. Pandora DOES NOT work on a PSP 3000.

Kinng------>>>> Its good that u have the 5.03 version u dont need to downgrade it yes ,u need some softwares lyk the CHichkhen R2 and Custom firmware (CFW) to mod it u can get it from

www_pspmod.com/forums/firmware/54959-chickhenr2-cfw-enabler-ta-088v3-ta-090-v3-slims-psp-2000-3000-a_html replace (_) with (.) ....and u will be able to run it if u need more help lemme know .I m sure it will definetly work on ur psp 3004 as it works on my psp 3004

i have psp 3004 firmware 6.0 i want to downgrade it to 5.03 so i can play ISO files on it

First of all, I'm going to safely assume that you want to download all your ISOs. Secondly, if you had any amount of intelligence you'd see that you cannot downgrade a PSP 3000.
