    after having this problem for two weeks i looked around an tryed everything the last thing i looked at said to disable screenshot prx.... i didnt have a screenshot prx... so i tryed goin threw the recovery menu n trying differant stuff i have 5.00m33-6 an to fix the error 800200D9 - go in to recovery menu an enable autorun program at /psp/game/boot/eboot.pbp, if it still doesnt work after that keep it enabled an then enable the following...use version.txt & make sure your game folder homebrew is set to 5.xx kernal.

    Only reason im posting this is because ive searched threw this site n didnt find the answer.. but here it is happy days BTW! the game i had the error on was tiger woods pga tour 2010,

    "800200D9 = failed to allocate the memory block"

    take the battery out then back in and turn on
