I have ChickHen R2 running and for the life of me I can't get any versions of CFWEnabler (tried 3.0 up to 3.60) to load. I keep getting an "error writing file" message.
5.03 GEN-A loads fine, any ideas why Enabler won't?
I am running PSP FW 5.03 do I need to be running 5.0 for it to work?

Wait, I might be major N00b sauce here. Where is the enabler getting it's firmware file? Do I need to download a custom firmware and place it in the pops folder?

08-20-2009, 12:31 AM I am at a loss then. I just formated mem card and reset to default settings. Rebooted, loaded R2 (loaded first try with a clean card). Launched 3.60 and got the same message.
"Error: Error writing file"
One last q, will enabler work with 5.03? Or do I need to find a way to flashback to an eariler fw?

I am using a modified CheckHEN since the orignal doesn't work for me
