10-18-2009, 10:10 AM As for sony rolling out new firmwares. It doesnt really matter as all we need is an updated decryptor tool. Plus its up to the devs what firmware they releasr thier games for. Look at GT, it needed 6 and it was only a matter of time before we were all playing it on our c/fw psps. Once a game has been released its only a matter of time before a fix is found, so all sony can do is stall us for a few weeks. Sony will only really win when they release the psp2, then like the go, no one will be playing backed up games. Theres news of tne ds2 being announced soon and as that apparently has a new gfx chip chip that will be able to do betterl ooking games, im sure sony will start on psp2. Of course, theh cant announce anything for a while as the go has just been released and the last thing they wanna do is hurt sales. I think were ok for a while yet. Sony can never beat us as long as they support the psp and umd.
