check the ISO Driver. GEN formats Flas and resets all settings so it went back to UMD by default
Just go into the recovery counsol and choose the sony driver and enable VSH menu

10-24-2009, 10:08 AM From 3.71 M33, i upgraded to 5.00 M33-6 then i tried to upgrade again to M33 GEN-D. Then problem had occurred and i try to downgrade again to 5.00 M33-6 because I'm thinking that should fix my problem. When I try again to open games it says the "GAME COULD NOT BE STARTED". Now I'm using 5.00 M33-6.. Can anyone give me advice?

10-24-2009, 01:03 PM ^^exactly what he said...this really should be the 1st check to perform before posting threads, if you've been running custom firmware you should kinda guess that lol...never the less, i'll bank it that's the problem
