11-13-2009, 01:56 AM ok so i have a psp fat 1001 model firmware 5.03 never been modded and i have a pandora battery but i cant figure out the magic memory stick and how to custom firmware the device ive looked at almost 50 sites to try to help but nothing i need someone who can give me the answears needed without all the bull that is out there help me like i was a 2 year old if you can thanks
ps i have both a 1gb and 4gb memory stick both are magicgate sopported

11-13-2009, 02:07 AM i did every time i find some it says you need perviose cfw firmware installed or it dosent install properly i need easy to understand instruction no cfw preinstalled needed its all i find though

xavis...he's saying he's doing the process like you told (which is correct that xavis gave you) him to do but he's going straight to normal screen...
my guess is that he made the pandora wrong and it's operating like a normal psp battery still and not the mms operating improperly...cause if it was the mms he'd just get the black screen with green led (service mode but no cfw install screen if it was the mms)...
edit...Scott, since you're on 5.03 and your pandora seems, to me, to not be operating...try this guide to full cfw installation without the pandora and magic stick:
