    HERES A GUIDE FOR ALL PSP FREAKS HANGIN ROUND IN HERE.....FOR THIS PROCESS U WILL NEAD A CFW FAT PSP OR A CFW SLIM PSP WITH TA-085V1 MOBO NOT GRATER THAN THAT....JUST TRY IT AND IT WILL SURELY WORK!!!!!THE NEW MMS MAKING TECHNIQUE INTRODUCED!!!!!

    Sony uses a service tool to fix broken, or bricked, PSP's. The tool is actually a battery, which has been introduced to the public as the Pandora battery. The Pandora battery is capable of booting into a special partition on the PSP, which will be useful if your PSP does not turn on because the software has become corrupt. This often happens when people try to install software that has not been signed by Sony, which is called homebrew. However, there is a way to actually make a Pandora battery by way of that same homebrew.

    Things You'll Need:

    * Sony PSP
    * Sony PSP battery/memory stick
    * Mini USB cable
    * Pandora installer
    * 1.50 Sony update

    Step 1

    Turn on your PSP and connect it to your computer. Back up all of your data by right-clicking your PSP drive in your computer and selecting "Copy." Paste the contents onto your desktop for easy access.

    Step 2
    Extract the Pandora installer by right-clicking it and selecting "Extract." Copy the "pan3xx" folder you find in the extracted files and paste it into your PSP memory stick at X:/PSP/GAME. This means open the PSP memory stick on your computer and open the "PSP" folder and then open the "GAME" folder. Place the "pan3xx" folder in there.

    Step 3
    Rename the Sony 1.50 update from "EBOOT.PBP" to "UPDATE.PBP." Copy this into the PSP memory stick at X:/. This means you need to open your PSP memory stick on your computer and paste the "UPDATE.PBP" into the first place that comes up. This is called the root of the memory stick.

    Step 4
    Disconnect the PSP from the computer and navigate to the PSP game menu and select the "Pandora Installer for 3.XX." This will be the first option on your PSP game menu. The program home screen will appear, and you will need to press the R trigger + X button to repartition your memory stick. This will erase all of the data on your memory stick, which is why you backed up all of the data onto your computer. On the next screen, press both the L and R triggers+X button to confirm the choice. Your PSP will reboot on its own.

    Step 5 Reconnect the PSP to your computer and recopy both of the files you copied over in steps 2 and 3. Place them back in the exact same spot as you did before. Once you have copied them over, disconnect the PSP from the computer and start the program once again on your PSP. Press the X button to create the magic memory stick from the 1.50 Sony update. The PSP will reboot again.

    Step 6
    Restart the program once more and press the O button to create a Pandora battery. Once that is finished, you will be brought back to the Pandora installer program. Here press the L trigger+X button to complete the process and install the MSIPL onto your memory stick. You can now use your Pandora battery to fix your PSP easily and quickly.

    NOW BOTH YOUR MMS AND PANDORA ARE PREPARED....QUITE EASILY....U CAN ALSO MAKE YOUR BATTERY AND MMS NORMAL AGAIN....THNXX TO HELLCATZ[/COLOR]

    umm, not trying to knock your guide at all, but......

    1. you should mention only 1000's and 2000's with the 085 V1 boards can softmod a battery into a pandora...
    2. you also need to already have custom firmware installed to even run this operation in the 1st place.

    i have this method with hellcats and other ways to soft mod a pandora/normal battery in my gen guide as well...just try to give all the details or you won't be helping out as many you'd like to...not knocking, just pointing out some things for you

    i'm sure it works, but it's also a lengthy process and going back and forth to pc and psp...
    psp tool will do this much faster, flash install 5.00m33-4 too from the mms it creates, will even flash 1.5 and some other versions if you wish. yours seems to go all the way to 1.5 only based on what i read, PLUS, you don't even have any links provided to do shit with this guide...what's the point??? you're making it even more invaluable and more work for who ever wants to try this method, you leave them to google everything for themselves. not a very good tactic, at least my guides have all the working links, and were all tested and verified by myself before posting anything on anything that i wrote in them all.

    just some food for thought.

    you're still leaving out the fact that you need the right psp to even be able to perform this type of operation as well...there's a lot better programs and ways to go about this, i give you some credit for trying though (did you just copy this from some other site and paste it here???)

    had to ask, based on the typing of it and the way your posts are typed on the site here, doesn't match up to me.
