    well i had to bump this thread since i have been reading different views.
    this was posted by an admin at - hacks

    CFWE and 5.03 GEN FWs do write modules to flash.

    CFWE writes a custom cfwenctrl.prx to the KD folder in flash0, and it overwrites pops modules.


    5.03 GEN writes a rebootx.prx to flash1.
