Run-time error in popstation

Trying to convert Mortal Kombat Trilogy to an eboot using Popstation GUI 3.00 BETA. I've successfully converted a few games with it, now when I click GO it says

Run-time error '13': Type mismatch

EDIT: The Mortal Kombat Trilogy image is in BIN/CUE format.

It was the image file causing the problem. It works fine with a different one.
