08-09-2006, 08:14 PM I finally got my psp today from ebay woot, it came with socom and katamari + a 1gb mem stick.I read that i can get faster loading times if i backup my game to the memory stick so heres my question, ive seen a few different formats other than iso which format will make the backup as small as possible(i wanna save as much as possible space seeing how i only have a 1gb), and what program do i use to make the backup.
And i used the search function i just couldnt find the exact answer to my question.
08-09-2006, 08:31 PM You can use fastloader to back up your games into iso format. Daxiso creates .dax files which is compressed version of an iso. They will only run on the daxiso launcher. For some newer games that require updates, you may have to use devhook to launch the games and i believe devhook only runs iso files, but i am not certain about that. Also, you can only run backups on psp with version 1.5. Hope I was helpful.

08-09-2006, 09:39 PM devhook also runs csos which are bigger than dax but smaller than isos and i odnt think it would update without asking you first
