I've made a folder saying "seplugins" and placed the plugin into it. I'm trying to download (Remote Joy Lite MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service) but when I go into the recovery menu I don't see any plugins (this is my first). Help would be greatly appreciated. I'm running 6.60 cfw.

The download should have come with a GAME text document and possibly a VSH text document, did it?

Yes, it came with the following documents.

game, game150, pops, vsh and RemoteJoyLite.prx The first 4 are all notepad documents and have ms0:/seplugins/RemoteJoyLite.prx written in them. But when I put them into the folder that I named seplugins I don't see anything in the plugin menu.

You have to put the game and vsh text documents into the seplugins folder along with the prx.

EDIT: What firmware are you using?

Ok so I'm following the video and everything is going fine until I have to go into usb mode. My psp won't connect. I noticed that it still charges if I'm using cfw but it won't actually connect to my computer. It just stays at "please wait". I've tried 3 other usbs and still nothing. I think it might have something to do with the PSPDisp the video had me downloaded. Everything was great till then.

EDIT: I got the usb to work. I followed the video word for word and nothing shows up on the remote joy screen. Ugh...
