[HELP] Can't Play New UMD on my PSP (Black Screen)

Good day everybody;

I'm new here and this is my first post....I have a problem and I hope you can solve it for me

I have a PS-2001 that's running a custom 5.5 farmware, I just found out that I can't play any newly relaised UMDs or even downloaded ISO.

What happen is when I press (X) to start the game, the psp gives me a black screen then it turns off!!!!

Any hints in how to solve this problem ???

that has got to be the BEST type-o ive seen in a while 5.5 "farmware"!!! we have evolved from the stages of firmware and now run farmware, looks like the psp is a new tool for the agricultural lifestyle!

if your on custom firmware, press select to open the vsh menu and see what the umd mode is set too.

Ths problem is most likely something with the cfw...

its old an outdated cfw you wanna play new games update like nero said and also im suprised anyone helped you since your a pirate yarrrrrr harrrrrrr
