Help OFW to CFW UPGRADE

Can It be ?

Cause I wanna upgrade my PSP 5.03 OFW to PSP 5.50 CFW so that I can play games. .
Cause when I open my games .. it says " The Game cannot be started , the game is corrupted" Something like that ..

So I wanna change it

what Psp you got ?

EDIT: if your planning to play your backed up games . i would suggest upgrade to the latest CFW 6.60 ME-1.6 if you want some info or guide go to my sig PSP Guide by Pirate and go to section 4 first steps (red font) if your PSP is fully HACKABLE if not(slim with 88v3 mobo, 3000/GO) then go to section 6

need to know what model psp cause you might no be able to us a full cfw you might only be able to run a lite cfw but either way update to 6.60 ofw guy thats your first step

RoXante needs to start responding in the threads instead of messaging people because we don't know if these people are helped yet or not. This guy did let us know, however alot probably won't.
Also just in case Roxante makes a mistake (not saying that he/she will, but I know I have accidently linked the wrong stuff) someone will be able to prevent a brick.

hi i own a psp-2000 slim and running a 5.50 gen D3 cfw. everytime i turn on my psp. i get a message error of "the game could not be started (80010002)"
i have been reading the forums and decided to upgrade my fw to 6.60mev1 bundle.
after upgrading still the same error appears. tried to format memory stick and flash 1 and flash 2 format. still the same error.
im still a newbie.
could someone help me? tnx and more power
