why would u need to emulate any of the other firmware versions? 2.71 has all the features of the previous ones as well as the most games supported

09-02-2006, 07:09 AM i used the ultimate installer... it shows 1.50 - 2.71 on the list i want to emulate but everytime i try one other than 2.71 it goes to a black screen and shuts off on me...... do i have to add eboots?

09-02-2006, 08:13 AM nice! now it gives me the option of HOMEBREW for fw 2.xx+devhook and a diff dev hook icon ... still doesnt fix my prob thoughshould i update to a 2.6 then downgrade to make sure it had nuthing to do with the downgrading stuff i used?
