First time trying to hack psp

Alright i'm new to this site i have a psp1000 that's i good thing from what i have heard. problem is i can't find i guide to help someone who knows nothing about hacking/moding psp's. Also i have the latest 6.60 ofw installed on it i'm not sure if that's a bad thing or not since i have seen some threads about having to downgrade.I'm willing to make my own pandora if need be, doesn't seem to hard. All this just to play MHP3 in english, poor me. A link to a complete noob thread or just any kind of help you could give would be much appreciated.

Use this:6.60ME-1.8 (OFW Version) - Downloads - PSPMOD.com - PSP Forum, Hack PSP, PSV Hacks, PS Vita Hack, PSVita to install CFW

So just put that into my psp and run it from the psp or somputer?

Un-zip and place the "me_installer" folder into the "GAME" folder on your memory stick and run it from your PSP

Thanks worked perfectly. But uhhh.. do i need any other programs to get iso's to work on the psp?

no. the cfw will let it load on your psp.

Hello, I want to hack my PSP and I'm a total noob at this. I downloaded the file of "how to create a mm" and I have a P battery but I don't know how to use it. (^^)
