No. You can't run any form of homebrew on 2.81 and higher and nobody knows when you will be able to.

12-12-2006, 03:55 PM Hi guys! I am new to all this stuff about psp hacking. I have my psp for about a year now but i never tried to hack it.. When i decided to sell it i saw this forum and my mind changed. So i found how to turn psp into wind xp but you need newest version of firmware. Nor prob i download it upgrade it and xp works fine!
But than i saw about homebrew and roms i i was like yuppppiiiii but than i read that u need older firmware all happiness went out in seconds. i know this has been disgusted but i want to ask again. Any other way of getting my psp with Firmware 3.2 on it play roms? or maybe any other way of downgrading it? Thanx for help guys!
