where to get a ws259 psp?

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and I've read all about how to hack the PSP. I've been reading about downgrading and hacking, and found out that most of this is only possible with the ws259 (NON ta-082) motherboard. I just got back from Best Buy and Target, and all they have are PSP's with the ss259 motherboard and K firmware, which means they all have the bad motherboard and 2.71 firmware. I'm wondering where i could get a New psp that is a ws259 motherboard? should i go to some no name electronic stores? anyplace online? ebay?

p.s. I did multiple searches and couldn't really find anything pertaining to this specific question

go somewhere like gamestop and just buy a used one. ask them to let you check it out before you buy it so you can find the right mobo and fw.

yes, then you send it back for a refund. failure to do that you take legal action. Jesus christ, do you not think ebay have thought about this?

Why do people assume the worst? Ebay wouldn't be one of the most successful E-commerce sites in the world if it was a 50:50 chance you'd actually get the product you wanted. If it's not what was stated in the product description, you can send it back. If the seller fails to comply, you can take legal action (providing you have the evidence, reciepts, bank details etc.)
The only possible way you can get scammed is if you don't read propely, and it says
