well i never bought d memory card but i found my problem u cant use the regular mms creators on vista they just dont work on vista, u have to use this mms creator called psp grader trust me it works on vista too i tried it. if your using vista then just run it as administrator. theres 2 versions full version (u have to donate) or the light version (free). download the light version and google 401.pbp and download it because the light version doesnt have it. remember where the 401.pbp is and start psp grader (run as administrator if you have vista) at the top click load eboot and show it where the 401.pbp is and leave the select trigger button option on none check the format memory stick box select the drive your psp is in while its in usb if u dont know go to my computer and check the letter and then at the bottom click on create pandora stick and wait a minute or two and you've got a magic memory stick.

this works on xp vista anything. not sure about mac but whoever wants to can try.

yes this will work on any firmware i believe since i downgraded originally from 4.05 then back up to 4.01 m33 package and i used this program to do so also for those of you who hard modded there battery by cutting the wire that has a 19 next to it u can also use solder for it back into a norm thanks again catb 50 team saved me a whole lota time with this

So far nothing's working for me. The PSP has firmware version 3.73. I severed the correct link in the Sony 1800 battery to make the Pandora's Battery. Upon correctly formatting my 2GB memory stick, I unplug and reinsert the card and Pandora and..... nothing happens. I power up the PSP, and it reads the battery as just a regular one. Then I try to run Despertar del Cementerio, and it only reads, "This game could not start...," or something like that.

As far as I know, the firmware does not matter, and I did the battery correctly by opening it up and severing that one last little link below the IC04 line... *sigh* ....

help?

Ok here's what you do,

Before you put in the Pandora Battery, press and hold the L button, then put the battery in keep the L button pressed, hopefully it should work!

Dude! Thank you, thank you, thank. I upgraded my son's PSP slim to 4.01M33 and it killed his GTA:LS cheat device. Using a Pandora's battery I made from an old phat battery and your batch file I was able to downgrade to 3.80M33 which seems to run the cheat device just fine.

Just wanted to let you know that your hard work is really appreciated by myself and I'm sure the rest of the PSP community.

Ok I'm to lazy to do a search :P, but anyway, to get this correct. I have a PSP Slim with OFW 3.95, unmodd'd completely new. For this to work all I have to do is pop in my 1gig pro dou card into the psp, go to settings and such on the psp switch it to usb mode, than open up the catb50 folder that i have with the unzipped info from the link I click for the for or lite version and click on the batch file START, and just follow the dos prompts as they come until its completed doing its thing to turn my mem card into a magic memory stick, after that, pull it out? or keep it in? and pop in the datel service battery I got, to force the psp slim into service mode and than?? so far im lost at that part, hit the X key or seomthing?? Clarify after this point please, or tell me if i missed something in the previous parts before the part with the magic card, and pandora battery.

I'm having a battery problem. Everything works great, I'm running CFW 3.80 M33. My roms work, but one thing doesn't work: my battery. I have a slim PSP 2001. I used a fat datel tool battery to Pandora it. When I was playing with 3.60, I might have accidentally ran "pandora battery creator" with my slim battery in. I'm not sure why my slim battery won't work any more. Anyone have any idea? I used the lite program btw. Thanks!
