You need to have a pandoras battery first to use the magic memory stick.

You can't run Despertar del Cementerio because you need cfw and you have to put your memory stick in psp and make sure psp is off and put in the pandorized battery and the green light should come on then memorys stick led will blink

Yes it does work with PSP Slim.

I used the slim to do the tests to see how it works

Yes you can use it in multiple psp's

Mine worked on Vista, you had to do a longer process which im too lazy to post, but hey, it works on Vista...
