Custom dynamic themes?

hey guys and gals,

just wondering if anyone thought it would be possible to take a video clip of anything and convert it into a dynamic theme for use on the psp's. if so how would one go about doing so nd what software would be needed?

Curious about this myself, wouldn't mind making a few gifs or something to use as backgrounds.

I actually know more about PS3 themes than PSP lol. It is possible to make custom dynamic PS3 themes, but for those you're limited to applying/altering the dynamic effects of only a few of offical themes and putting them onto your own themes.

I'd assume the same would be true for PSP, but you never know, hoping it's possible to make your own from scratch that will work with CFW though.

I want to make a Dynamic Background specifically like the BlazBlue Distortion Drives from the game.

one thing i was thinking was to have a video clip from field runners where there is alot of action going on, then use the video clip as a dynamic background theme.
