so are the shells that come out of the prototyper, going to be stong enough to use as a psp shell? Or are they just to show what can be done

They'll be made out of ABS plastic.

ABS Plastic is used in everytime of shell.
Ex: Laptop, PSP, DS.
I'm not sure if I want to sell it considering I'd have to vacuum mold it. This was just made for me since I got 10,000USD budget per year to create w/e I want.

I will provide CAD files if you have access to a rapid prototyper.

I know that the PSP is supposed to be sleek and portable, but I would have preferred a more functional design that included L1/L2, R1/R2, and a second nub from the get-go.
I've gotten used to employing my index finger to control the camera in the Monster Hunter games, but that doesn't mean I like it.

Clearly the PSP stole the design from Nintendo. They just took a SNES controller and modded it with a LCD.

Well, If you considering selling them to some People on PSPMod (PLEAAAAAASE?) I would FOR SURE by one. Even though I wouldn't know how to use it for my psp... Unless you would sell it WITH the psp. I'd buy that 100% then. I just want to see some pics of it.
