Default New PSP Shell Concepts

Recently got access to my school's rapid prototyper (3d printer) so now I'm working up different design concepts that I will more than likely print out when I get free time in between classes.

First is the SNES-PSP Concept. The shell will not include an analog stick and will only be used for SNES or NES Emu.

Took a 2d pic of a SNES controller and made it 3d.

Modified and scaled it to allow the PSP hardware to fit into it.

Menu buttons and speakers will be placed on the bottomside of the shell.

The RP designs things out of plastic, but I can decide on what type of grade it is.

Problem is I dont' know how to approach making a DPAD/right facebuttons for this. I'm thinking maybe make my own PCB with actual buttons from the controller on there to make it alittle bit more authentic.
