Amen. I also disagree with the fact that mac os is considered "user friendly." You can't beat logical no matter how you look at it.

they probably are, just like linux is user friendly for people that know a fair amount about comps, people that have used that os probably know it well just like we who know windows pretty well would consider it user friendly

Well, mac was never built for the average day user until as of recent. As the popularity grows they are going to have to cater the everyday user, and make it user friendly.

I myself would not even consider mac user friendly. I have owned my macbook pro for a year now, and still learning how to use it. At work, and my desktop at home I use Windows. So, it is awkward at times to hop on my mac and use it, because having the windows habits. For what I use it for it works great (digital arts, music creation, and college). All in all I love my mac for what I use it for.
