Seeing as Gods Eater Burst is a newer game and you say your running GEN-D I'm assuming you mean with no Prometheus patch.The patch allows you to run newer games on lower firmware.

Do you have any way to access the MS to write files?

Booting the PSP using a Pandora will produce a black screen with power light if no IPL has been injected to the MS BOOT Sector..have you recently formatted the MS?

I did use my PS2 w/HDD and Network adapter for the same reason but my son kinda broke my controller by dipping it in the toilet so kinda just sits there now.

The system data is for games that require data to be installed to the HDD(FF11)..kinda useless as most games that required HDD on PS2 sucked.

Just FYI 1.50 kernel has been removed since the days of 5.00 M33 and will probably never be implemented again as everybody that's still in the scene codes for the higher kernels...they should remove...
