hm i've been member of this place for long time but i haven't never posted anything. Actually if i remember right this is my second or third post ever.
Anyway i'll probably skip this competition, because i'm lazy.

Yes.You just need 50 meaningful posts.The winner is chosen at random so as long as your posts aren't spam you eligible to enter.

Just a suggestion (not trying to piss anyone off), i think the contest should be open only to people who already have a certain number of posts, that way the psp doesnt go to some noob who signed up just to win, but it will go to someone who has already contributed alot to the forum. Just my thoughts.
