hey this is not bull shit i sware i down graded from 2.7 to 1.5 hear is how and u could try if you want
1.I downloaded the MPH downgrader
2. i opened it up with zipped(compressed) folders
3.i followed the directions then when you have every thing you need you go to pictures (on your psp not on your computer) and when a black screen comes up with white riting take the battery cover off you psp
4. take the battery out of the psp
5 put it back in and turn it on
6. then when it turns on put in the time and date and shit if u want (you don't have to thou)then go to games under the game icon on your psp then try to run the upgrade(note you have to have the addaptor plugged in )(you could use a car chager if you bye on thats what i used)
7.when the upgrade says 99%complete u will see an error message(don't worry about that)
8.take the battery out of the psp agen so it turns off
9turn it bak on and you'll now have FW1.5 i sware this works i am really 13 years old if i get a chance i will post pictures

yea i used the 2.00 downgradeing method but it worked on 2.7 too

and taking out the battery .. wouldnt that brick your psp?
