Ok so I broke off the pin/leg under the "4" in the IC04 code. I bought a MMS and when I put my battery in, my slim starts up normally... I was told that the screen was suppose to go blank. Im using a Phat Pandoras Battery in a Slim psp 2001. Please Help! Yours truly, Nicole
Did your PSP start up without the power button being switched on? Where did you buy your mms? If you have everything right when the battery is inserted the cfw installer should start depending on what you are installing.

I bet that's what it is, unless the battery got messed up, or a corrupted memory stick. I never even thought to ask her that just assumed it was..
