I have the PSP/GAME folder with the UPDATE folder and the 380.PBP file.
when i run the update option i get a message on the screen that say that
this program required 3.52M33-3 or higher
the PSP reboots
checking the system info the firmware is still at 3.52M33-4
you can probably guess that i a little confused.
am I missing something?
is there an easy solution without having to install another update first?

I'm currently running 3.71 M33-2 and everything is great.
I'd like to upgrade it to either update 4 or 3.8.
Can I do that without using pandora?
Thanks! |

Does 3.90 M33 have specific themes or will 3.80/3.52+ work?
I know this sight has one I've found, any more out there? PSP XMB Customization, PSP XMB, PSP PTF, PSP icons, Custom PSP XMB, Custom PSP Themes

I'm having troubles updating my fat PSP's CFW from 3.71 M33-3 to M33-4. every time I try to update (i.e. place file in UPDATES folder and try to run it in either the GAME or GAME150 folder) it keeps on throwing up the classic error for anything that goes wrong. it was the same error as what OFW's throw up when you try to run homebrew. What's wrong? |

Don't really know but always make sure your plugged in and charging with a full battery. And why not just upgrade to DarkAlex's 3.90 M33? Its the newest(as of now) cfw AND ofw.

162 - The Dark_Alex Custom Firmware Q&A Thread
Hey everyone,
I'm new to this custom firmware stuff but I do have firmware 3.9 M33 on my psp slim. I was just wondering how I play games that I download off of Black Cats Games or IsoHunt on my psp. I don't have a GAME150 folder (whatever that is), I don't have a magic memory stick (I don't think I need on either, because my custom firmware works fine without it), and finally can someone tell me what I can do with the overclocking stuff?
Thanks,
Ian |

@iedwardsIII: First off, illegally downloading games off of Black Cats Games or IsoHunt is bad. Don't do it! moving on... Assuming you have an ISO or CSO, you must create a folder in the root of your memory stick named "ISO". put any and all ISO/CSO files in there and they should show up in your game area of your PSP under memory card. @BravePotato7: Is 3.90 M33 stable? I'm never sure with the new versions unless they have a revision under their belt already. ex: 3.80 M33-2 or the like. |

I am not sure but I cannot put 3.90M33 or M33-2 on my slim darth psp
I did all that was explained in the readme file but I start the file and it goes then stops and says,
"the game could not be started. (80020148)
Edit:
Is this because I need a pandora battery and memory stick... duh.
so what can I do without the Pandora Express?
