Converting mds or mdf file to eboot

Hi,

I have some image files in the format mds, mdf. So how do I convert these to eboot using alcohol120%. I'm unsure of the writing methods and settings. Can anyone help? (it will be better if there are some screenshots, but fine without)

What about customising the eboots? How do I change the icon and pic and music displayed in the PSP (game menu, and save data). Also, how do I create a trailer video in the icon? Is there any standard formats?
