need help installing

i have 3.40 0e-a and im tyring to install dflasher no limit v5.5 and i have no clue on how to work it any help would be nice thanks

tell us what files come in it.
if its for an oe firmware, i know you stick the % and _ in the game150 folder
then you probably stick some .prx files in the SEplugin folder on the root of the mem stick... but i dont know what the app is.

ok here is where i get lost where is the seplugin folder at? and how do i find it. the folders i get are capture and MP_ROOT.then inside the MP_ROOT is a back ups folder and the psp folder .i know where the psp folder goes but not the back ups one goes it has all kindas folders for stuff.

then in the capture folder it has delete.png main menu.png main theme.png and a main sa-fl-de.png folder.im still really new at this stuff but i am having alot of fun learning thanks for all the help
