3.71m33 custom themes rco editor and decrypted rco's

anyone know where to get a 3.71m33 rco editor, i wana make a custom theme for my psp i been wanting to make it for ages i had one for 3.40 but i didnt have the decrypted rcos
where do i get them

you can't overwrite anything in 3.71's flash..

yea but it was said some where i think it was qj, that you can't overwrite anything in flash for 3.71 M33

i overwritten the flash0 (some of it anyway) and it bricked lol

YES THERE IS A WAY I MAKE 2 COSTUME THEMES FOR MY 3.71M33

ALL YOU NEED IS:
1: IMAGE EDITOR (I USED PHOTOSHOP 7.0)
2: COSTUM THEME CONVERTOR v 1.0.0.0.0 (its for cfw 3.71 m33)[ known bug you cant make a background with solid black (it will freeze)]

when you ready press f5 or click file > export

then connect your psp goto PSP > THEME (make a new folder if you dont have) and paste the .ptf there.

disconnect your psp goto settings > theme settings > theme and select your theme.
