Its a 2D fighting game engine that u can add characters from like marvel, capcom vs snk, mario chars, n plenty others. Try randomselect.i-xcell.com

Maybe, If not I'm sure it would be possible to run it off dosbox emu. Though the entire Characters/Backgrounds +++ is like 32GB haha.

first of all winmugen is as big as hell if your using something like the EVE screen pack... second of all ppl have been trying to put winmugen on psp since psp came out but still NO RESULTS =D

Try mame?
Thats were most of the Charecters come from, But I know its not the same, Like me right now, Now that Im thinking of mame, I want to be at school. Kicking someones ass In Marvel VS Capcom, Or Owning is AVP, Or Punisher, D&D SOM, Or some other game, I suppose you could say I enjoy the Feeling of having a Joystick in my hand, But not in the Homosexual way
