PSP SLim - CFW 3.71 M33 - Custom themes

Hey guys,

Maybe it's just me, but I'm stuck right now with my new PSP Slim.
Last week my girlfriend bought a PSP Slim for me (cool huh, isn't it

) and a colleague of mine (a PSP Guru) installed CFW 3.71 M33 for me.

Everything is working perfect, but today I wanted to install some Custom Themes, so I downloaded a bunch of 3.71 Custom Themes, copied them into the PSP/THEME folder, but NoGo, couldn't select any.

So I also downloaded some other themes *.PTF files (example: The WipeOut theme), those I CAN install (via the Themes menu).
But themes with *.RCO files, *.PGF files and *.PRX files I cannot install.

I think I'm missing something, do I have to convert some stuff into *.PTF files? Or something else?

Right now I have the idea that *.ptf files are complete custom themes, and all others, .rco, .pgf and .prx are source files or something....

Can someone explain me if I'm right, or where I'm going wrong with my ideas and what I need to do with the .rco, .pgf and .prx files?

ONLY PTF files go in the "theme" folder...
other files will not work.

.rco files (etc) get flashed..

So what to do with .RCO files, *.PGF files and *.PRX files?
Can they be converted into *.PTF files with a Theme maker/converter or something?

yes they can be converted. i don't know what apps can convert em tho. sry
.rco files (etc) go into to flash0 and flash1 via recovery menu.
i recommend u stay away from those folders if you dont know what your doing..

Thanks...I also recommended myself to stay away from those folders

Right now I'm downloading loads of Theme Packs with *.PTF files.

be aware, any cfw over 3.60 M33 cannot have anything overwritten in flash, otherwise, BRICK

Thanks....right now I am looking for a nice PTF theme among the 90 themes I just copied to my Slim.

I'm sure looking out that I don't turn my new PSP Slim into a brick, otherwise my girl would turn me into a Brick
