controlling the lights with the psp???

scen as i now have universal remote working (well sort of, it regulary freezes, and very regulary freezes when exiting it then you must restart the psp) but anyway, i can control my tv with it and also the should be able to do the radio (btw dont have any good sites for remotes do you???) well this got me thinking. in our living room we have a light switch that is controlled via the tv remote (lazy i no but it is a great gadget for when people visit, its from B&Q by the way) so was wondering, do you reco there is anyway of controlling it via the psp??? as i am NOT a programmer by any strech of the imagination, i could not even contemplate creating this, just wondered if anyone else has?

i suppose if there was a universal remote homebrew app that you could just point the psp at the device and it picks it up would make this a bit easier.

ive seen ir controlled lights at Smarthome - Home Automation, X10, Remote Control, Lighting, Wireless Security but 90% of remotely controlled lights are controlled by an rf signal. the psp doesnt have an rf output, so it wouldnt work. Im sure you could probably implement a mod to it with a built in radio transmitter, but your best place to find any info on this is acidmods.com
